This fellowship training program focuses on the prevention, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of injury and illness due to pharmaceutical agents, drugs of abuse, chemicals, envenomations, and botanicals including acute, chronic, intentional, unintentional, occupational, and environmental exposures. Patients of all ages are seen.
The fellowship is designed to provide experience in the clinical practice of medical toxicology and to provide a foundation for future clinicians, educators, researchers, and administrators capable of practicing medical toxicology in academic and clinical settings. |
